The Basket Buster browser add-on (the "Add-on") has developed this policy and terms of use (the “Policy”) to helps you to understand what information we collect from you when you use the Add-on and how we use that information. It also includes some terms and conditions relating to the permitted uses of the Add-on. By downloading the Add-on you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of this Policy.

Information collected

When you use your browser on certain retail websites, the Add-on enables your browser to automatically check other similar sites to see if other retailers have offers or discounts available. If an offer or discount is available on the current site or a different site the Add-on will notify you of the merchant and provides you with a link to the third party website.

Basket Buster does not collect any personally identifiable information from you through your downloading and use of the Add-on. The Basket Buster does, however, collect the following information via the Add-on:

(A) The domain name of the site that you originally search for your offer or available discounts on.

(C) The URL of any site that you visit that is notified to you by the Add-on.

In some cases we may also receive some information from third party websites that you visit via a link provided by the Add-on. This information may include the pages that you visit at that website and information about whether you choose to purchase a product from that website. We do not receive any personally identifiable information about you from the third party that operates the website.

The Add-on generates links to websites and microsites that are operated by third parties. We do not control those websites and microsites and Basket Buster does not give any endorsement or warranty, representation or guarantee in respect of such websites and microsites and hereby disclaims to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law any liability in respect of thereof. In addition, this Policy does not apply to those websites and microsites. The Add-on uses cookies to enable Basket Buster to collect the information referred to above and to ensure you get the most benefit out of the Add-on. All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and to the Add-on including without limitation the name Basket Buster are and shall owned by Basket Buster. You may only use the Add-on and information retrieved by it for you for your own personal, non-commercial use and you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or otherwise use the Add-on or any information retrieved by it for you for any other purpose. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from the Basket Buster browser Add-on or any information retrieved by it except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Basket Buster browser Add-on or any information retrieved by it requires the prior written permission of Basket Buster.

The names, images and logos identifying third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of third parties. Nothing contained in this Policy shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trademark, design right or copyright of any other third party.

Disclaimer

The Add-on and information retrieved by it including any information regarding or relating to third party products and services, is provided "AS IS" and on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Basket Buster excludes all representations and warranties (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy of the Add-on or any information retrieved by it.

Basket Buster shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such damage or losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):

(A) Loss of data;

(B) Loss of revenue or anticipated profits;

(C) Loss of business;

(D) Loss of opportunity;

(E) Loss of goodwill or injury to reputation;

(F) Losses suffered by third parties; or

(G) Any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Add-on regardless of the form of action.

Basket Buster do not warrant that the Add-on will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or free of viruses or bugs. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.
